“Put a Cork In It” Event: A Fun Time to Support and Learn About CVRLT!
What do you get when you combine fine wine & food, a fun selection of tequila tastings, an amazing venue, and people interested in supporting open space and the environment in Danbury and New Fairfield?
You get “Put a Cork In it!” Our annual fundraising that took place on November 30th at Max Wine and Spirits in Danbury, was a great time where folks came out to lend support to CVRLT while learning about the organization and mingling with the Board and other volunteers.
Throughout the evening, a slide show projected in giant proportions on a central wall highlighted the variety of hikes and outreach events that various board members hosted during 2018. A silent auction included many interesting items like a Cannondale Mountain Bike, travel packages, wine baskets, and more.
