The Land Trust of Danbury Cries “Wolf”! 

As we approach the date of our Annual Meeting (April 19th, 2015) we are excited to welcome our new partners, the Wolf Conservation Center (WCC) of South Salem, NY. Traveling along with the representatives of the Wolf Conservation Center, will be their Arctic gray wolf, Atka.

Fun Facts About Atka

• Atka is the oldest Wolf Ambassador at the WCC
• Born in Minnesota & came to the WCC when he was 8 days old
• Atka is WCC’s best “wolf teacher”
• Atka likes to travel to different places and meet different faces
