Introducing CVRLT’s Newest Property, The Roy Preserve!

In December 2023, CVRLT gratefully received a pristine 4.93-acre parcel in Danbury, donated by Mr. Noel Roy. The parcel, now named The Roy Preserve, is located near CVRLT’s Barnard, Schwab & Wiedel Preserves along Long Ridge Road.
The Roy Preserve is accessible from the Ives Trail via the Old Post Road. CVRLT hopes to create a spur loop off the Ives Trail to this lovely property.
