CT Trails Day 2019: Great Hiking with Great Hollow!

Great Hollow Naturalist, John Foley, and Candlewood Valley Regional Land Trust Director Bill McCann led a “Hike the Hollow” Trails Day guided tour through the Great Hollow Nature Preserve and neighboring Michael Ciaiola Conservation Area. Hikers learned about the history of the “Hollow” and why it has become one of the most ecologically significant areas of both Fairfield County, CT and Putnam County, NY.
