Learn about your local land trust and ways that you can get outside and have fun. Then enjoy a cook-out and spend some time on our Komlo Preserve. Kids and dogs of all ages welcome! About Our Speaker
Dr. Mich Wagener is a professor of Invertebrate Zoology and Soil Ecology at Western Connecticut State University where he teaches climate ecology, entomology and related courses. He has written and spoken extensively on the history of climate change and its impact on the environment.
He holds a Ph.D. in Soil Ecology from University of Alaska Fairbanks, a M.S. Stream Ecology from University of Alaska Fairbanks, and a B.S. cum laude in Fisheries and Wildlife from University of Missouri, Columbia.
