Ives Trail Hike

Redding/Bethel/Danbury. Hike a part of the Ives Trail through several Candlewood Valley Regional Land Trust properties.
Approximately 5 mile hike including one mile road walk to complete a loop. The terrain includes some steep hills.
Meet at the outer parking lot for the West Redding Trail Station. This is just North of the RR tracks, near the intersection of Sympaug Turnpike and Long Ridge Road in Redding. Use 1 Long Ridge Rd, Redding, CT for GPS. The hike should be over by 1 pm, but bring lunch just in case. No dogs. In case of rain, bring raingear.
