CVRLT’s second annual “Loving our Lands” summer photo contest is officially LIVE! From now until August 20th, we’re inviting nature-loving photographers to submit photos for the following categories:
Your donation of $20 for each photo entry (which is unlimited) will support CVRLT in protecting the land we love. One winner for each of the four categories will be selected through online voting, and each vote is only $1, with a $5 minimum. Anyone (including you) can vote as many times as they like for their favorite photograph(s) in each of the four categories. Hudson Valley photographer, Maureen Lohan-Bremer, will select one additional photograph for the grand prize of Best in Show.
The best way to improve your chance of winning is by encouraging everyone you know to vote for YOUR photograph, so be sure to invite your friends and family to vote! To learn more or enter your photo into the contest, please visit www.gogophotocontest.com/candlewoodvalleyregionallandtrust.
Please note: The Candlewood Valley Regional Land Trust is an accredited 501c3 nonprofit conservation organization with the sole mission of preserving natural resources in the Candlewood Valley Region. Our goal is to permanently protect properties with significant conservation value, connect people with the land, and educate the public about critical conservation issues we are facing each day. Your participation in our photo contest directly serves to help improve and maintain conserved properties; our work is entirely volunteer and donor-driven.
